Using advanced AI, it analyzes your wardrobe and creates personalized outfits for any occasion, whether it’s a casual day out, a formal event, or a weekend getaway. THE ENVY EXPERIENCE
SCAN
With ENVY, the first step is simple! Just scan your wardrobe. Using your phone’s camera, you can easily upload each item of clothing into the app. The AI automatically identifies and categorizes your garments by type, colour, and style, creating a digital version of your closet. Whether it's shirts, dresses, shoes, or accessories, scanning your wardrobe takes just minutes, allowing you to effortlessly build a virtual closet that’s always organized and ready for styling. This seamless process sets the stage for ENVY to start suggesting personalized outfits based on your real wardrobe.
2. STYLE
Based on your scanned wardrobe and selected occasion, the app’s AI curates the perfect combination of clothing items, putting together looks that match both your style and the event. You can easily browse through different outfit options, swap pieces, or save your favorites for future use. Whether you want a bold statement or a more casual vibe, ENVY ensures you always have a stylish, tailored outfit ready to go. With minimal effort, you can confidently step out, knowing your look is curated to perfection.
3. POST
Once ENVY has styled your outfit, it’s time to share your look with the world. The app allows you to post your curated outfits directly to your social media profiles, or keep them in your personal style gallery for future reference. Whether you want to show off your look to friends, get feedback, or simply document your outfits, ENVY makes it easy to share your style. With one click, you can confidently post your ensemble, knowing you’ve got a look that’s perfectly crafted for the occasion.

The initial wireframes for ENVY were essential in laying the groundwork for the app’s design and functionality. At this stage, the focus was on defining a simple and clear user flow, ensuring that every interaction was intuitive. We created basic layouts that mapped out key features, such as the wardrobe scanning process, outfit selection screen, and the final styling page. These wireframes served as a visual blueprint, allowing us to experiment with different elements like navigation, buttons, and the placement of key content. While the wireframes were simple, they provided a solid foundation for refining the user experience and making adjustments as we moved forward with the app's development.
BUILDING THE APP
The final main screens of ENVY were a polished reflection of the app’s user-centered design, combining functionality with a sleek aesthetic. After refining the initial wireframes, we focused on creating an intuitive flow that allowed users to easily scan their wardrobe, select occasions, and receive tailored outfit suggestions. The main screens were designed with simplicity in mind, featuring easy-to-navigate tabs and clear call-to-action buttons. Each screen was carefully crafted to provide users with a seamless experience, from uploading their clothing items to styling their looks and sharing them on social media. The final result was a set of screens that not only looked visually appealing but also ensured that users could effortlessly interact with the app, making the outfit selection process as enjoyable as possible.
FINAL MAIN SCREENS
Throughout the development of ENVY, I learned the importance of balancing design with functionality to create a user experience that feels intuitive and engaging. From the early stages of wireframing to refining the final screens, I gained valuable insights into how users interact with technology and how to simplify complex processes, like wardrobe scanning and outfit selection, into a smooth and enjoyable experience. I also learned how to integrate AI effectively, ensuring the app could understand and respond to user needs in real time. Additionally, working on ENVY taught me the value of testing and iterating the initial ideas and wireframes evolved significantly as we gathered feedback and fine tuned the app. Most importantly, I learned how to think from the user’s perspective, ensuring that every feature added real value and enhanced the overall experience. Working as part of a team also played a crucial role in the success of the project. Collaborating together allowed us to bring diverse perspectives to the table, ultimately making ENVY a more refined and effective app. Teamwork taught me how to communicate ideas clearly, integrate feedback constructively, and work towards a shared goal to create a product that truly serves the user’s needs.
